The names of the films that have qualified for the feature-length competition section of the 37th International Film Festival for Children and Youth have been announced.

The film "Electric Girl" will be screened at the Schlingel Festival in Germany.

The film "Cause of Death: Unknown " was nominated by a majority of votes from among the 5 finalists as the representative of Iranian cinema at the 2026 Academy Awards.

The Farabi Cinema Foundation has issued the call for entries for the 37th Iran International Film Festival for Children and Youth, announcing that the event will take place from October 4th to 8th, 2025.

By decree of the Head of the Cinema Organization of Iran, Hamed Jafari has been appointed as the Director of the 37th International Film Festival for Children and Youth.
