The Winners of the 34th International Film Festival for Children and Youth were announced during a ceremony held on Wednesday (Oct 13,2021) in Tehran.

Suprivised by Alireza Tabesh, the 34th edition of the International Film Festival for Children and Youth was held from October 8 to 13, 2021, in collaboration with the Iranian Cinema Organization, Farabi Cinematic Foundation, and the  Municipality of Isfahan.

International  Cinema Section:

1. CIFEJ Award:  YADOO directed by Mahdi Jafari from Iran 

2. Best Short Animation Award:  MY GRANDMA MATILDE directed by Miguel Anaya Borja  from Mexico

3. Best Short Film Award:  THE SILENCE OF THE RIVER directed by Francesca Canepa from Peru

4. Best Technical Achievement in Music:  Rohan Rohan for the film SUMI from India

5.  Best Cinematography Award: Awarded to Morteza Najafi for the film YADOO from Iran 

6. Best Technical Achievement Award: MY GRANDPA IS AN ALIEN directed by  Drazen Zarkovic and Marina Andree Skop  from Bosnia 

7.  Best Ensemble Award:  BROTHER'S KEEPER directed by Ferit Karahan  from Turkey

8. Best  Child Actor/Actress Award: Awarded to Yasin Habibpour for  the film SEA BOYS

9. Best Script Award: Awarded to Afshin Hashemi and Hossein Qasemi Jami for  the film SEA BOYS from Iran 

10. Best Director Award: YADOO directed by Mahdi Jafari from Iran

11.Special Jury Award: LUCIA by Juan Pato from Spain 

12, Best Film Award (Children and Youth Jury section):  MY GRANDPA IS AN ALIEN directed by  Drazen Zarkovic  and Marina Andree Skop  from Bosnia  

13. Best Film Award: YADOO directedd by Mohmmad-Reza Mesbah from Iran

National Section:

1. Corona Diaries Section: LIFE SPACE  directed by Ilia Ramezai

2. Technical Achievement Award: Awarded to Habib Ahmadzadeh for TALES OF A THOUSAND AND ONE DAYS 

3. Business, Children and the Youth Audience Persuasion Award: BAM BALA directed by Behrouz Mofid

4. Special  Mention Award:  LIPAR directed by Hossein Rigi (for portraying a different image of the children of Sistan and Baluchestan)

5. Webseries Production Award: ASHMACHZ and DIGITAL MISTAKE directed by Faryad Bayat

6. Best Short Animation Award: ID directed by Fahimeh Qobadi

7. Best Short Film Award: I AM SAMIRA directed by Matin Rokn
