The webinar of the 6th International Congress of Iranian Cinema in Spain was held in cooperation with the Cultural section of the Iranian Embassy in Spain and with the participation of the Complutense University of Madrid,  Farabi Cinema Foundation and Casa Asia on "Mysticism in Iranian Cinema".

According to the PR department of  Farabi Cinema Foundation, the opening of this webinar was attended by Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Ahmadi, Cultural Attache of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Spain, Dr. Hossein Entezami, Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, and Dr. Alireza Tabesh, Managing Director of Farabi Cinema Foundation. Majid Majidi, Cinema Director, Dr. Garcia Garcia of Complutense University, Dr. Jose Antonio Royce, International Vice-Chancellor of Complutense University of Madrid, Dr. Menene Grass Belger, Director of Asian Film Festival Barcelona, ​​ Dr. Zahra Razi Mohaghegh and President of Iranian Cinema Association And Spain, Dr. Damon Afkari, technical director of the webinar, Dr. Joaquin Rodriguez will be the official interpreter.

At the beginning of this three-day webinar, which was attended by about 150 people from different countries such as Spain, Iran, Argentina, Ecuador, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, etc., the International Vice Chancellor of Complutense University thanked the organizers of this webinar and invited guests to give lectures in scientific and cultural circles.

In the final part of the program of the first day of the webinar, Majid Majidi referred to the discussion of humanism and stated that he believes that the philosophy of all the prophets and saints of God were to remind man and awaken their their inner call good deeds. Therefore, instead of using the term mystical cinema, I prefer to name it "Cinema of Humanity" to describe my films. I think that when we talk about mysticism, every culture or society has its own interpretation of this concept, but nature is a concept that is eternal and common to all human beings. Concepts such as love, affection, sacrifice, cooperation, etc... create a common human and natural language that can be understood by all. And I think the world today, which is full of violence and crisis, is more empty than ever of this common human language. The missing link in our world today is human nature. From this perspective, cinema can play a very important and fundamental role in bringing people closer to each other by using this language that can be understood by everyone. Majidi continued his speech by recounting the memories of a group of blind children and traveling to the north of Iran and in the heart of the  nature and said how in this trip all his groups were affected by the deep and inner encounter of blind children with the world and nature and how the effect was so profound that it led to the making of "The Color of Paradise".

This three-day webinar was was very well received by the audience and those interested in Iranian cinema.In the sessions, nine Iranian and Spanish professors and researchers (Dr. Garcia Garcia, Complutense University of Madrid, Dr. Jose Antonio Royce, Complutense University of Madrid, Dr. Zahra Razi, researcher and president of the Iranian-Spanish Cinema Association, Dr. Bernardino Herrera: Central University Venezuela, Dr. Eduardo Janus Melosa, University of Diego Portals - Chile, Dr. Francisco Jose Khel, Researcher and Professor at the University of Complutense, Ms. Paula Garrera; Artist and Researcher, Dr. Anna Crespo, Writer and Artist; Asian countries - Barcelona) spoke and reviewed Majid Majidi's films.
